This Privacy Policy explains how ZzzTee (“ZzzTee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit https://zzztee.com
or otherwise use our services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1) Key Definitions

We do not intentionally collect: protected classes (C), biometric (E), precise geolocation (G), sensory (H), employment (I), education (J), or inferences (K), unless clearly necessary and lawful.

Payments: We use PCI-DSS compliant processors (e.g., card networks via payment gateways). ZzzTee does not store full payment card numbers.

Where law defines “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, we may share limited identifiers/Usage Data with advertising partners only where permitted and subject to your opt-out choices. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16.
Note on platforms: Our store may be powered by a third-party e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify or similar). Such providers process certain data to operate the store and for security/fraud prevention under their own privacy notices.

We keep Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described (e.g., as long as you maintain an account; to fulfill orders; for security; to comply with legal obligations; to resolve disputes). Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirements.
