1) Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose your product, select size/color, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout to enter shipping and payment details. You’ll get an order confirmation email right away and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes—within 12 hours of purchase. Email [email protected]
immediately with your order number and the change (address, size, customization, etc.). Once production starts, changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
Do you offer custom or personalized items?
Many of our items are print-on-demand (POD). If the product page supports personalization, add your text or notes before adding to cart.
2) Shipping & Delivery
How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed in 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).
How long is shipping? (after dispatch)
- USA (contiguous): Standard ~3–5 business days; Expedited ~2–3; Priority/Overnight (where available) ~1–2
- AK/HI/U.S. Territories/APO/FPO: ~5–12 business days
- EU/EEA & UK: Economy/Standard ~5–12; Express ~2–5 business days
- Rest of world: Economy/Standard ~7–15; Express ~3–7 business days
Carrier/network conditions, weather, customs, or remote locations may extend timelines.
Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and trusted local postal partners. Options vary by destination and will appear at checkout.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses?
Yes—many items can ship via USPS to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO (some oversized/restricted items may be ineligible).
Where is my tracking number?
You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. Tracking usually activates within 24–48 hours.
My tracking isn’t updating—what should I do?
Give it 24–48 hours after the first scan. If it’s still stale or shows Delivered but you don’t have the parcel, check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier. If unresolved, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date shown and we’ll help investigate.
What if my order is late?
If it’s been 20 business days (US) or 45 business days (international) since dispatch and your order hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number—we’ll look into it.

3) International, Customs & Taxes
Will I pay duties, VAT/GST, or import fees?
International orders (including EU/EEA & UK) may incur duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, or import taxes on arrival unless we explicitly collect them at checkout (DDP). These fees are set by your country and are not charged by ZzzTee unless shown at checkout. We must declare full value and cannot mark orders as gifts.
4) Returns, Replacements & Refunds
What’s your return window?
We accept eligible claims/returns within 30 days of delivery.
When will you replace or refund?
- Defective/damaged items
- Misprint/manufacturing defect
- Wrong item/size/color sent (not matching your order)
- Lost or missing items (carrier-confirmed)
We’ll replace or refund (your choice) after review. For defects or our error, we cover return shipping when a return is required.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
Because we’re print-on-demand, remorse returns are not guaranteed. Email us—when approved case-by-case, items must be new, unwashed, unworn, in original packaging. Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility.
How do I start a return or claim?
Email [email protected] with:
- Order number (#ZZZ…) and email used at checkout
- Description of the issue
- Photos: full item, close-up of issue, size/neck tag (for apparel), and the shipping label
Wait for our RMA/instructions before sending anything back.
How long do refunds take?
After approval and (if required) receipt/inspection, we issue refunds within 2–3 business days to your original payment method. Banks/PayPal typically post funds in 3–10 business days.

5) Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club; Apple Pay/Google Pay may appear) and PayPal (including major cards via PayPal).
When is my card charged?
At checkout when your order is successfully placed.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe/PayPal on PCI-DSS compliant platforms over SSL. ZzzTee does not store your full card details. See our Payment Policy and Privacy Policy
6) Products, Sizes & Care
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size chart on each product page. If between sizes, consider sizing up or contact us for guidance.
How do I care for printed apparel?
Wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle; no bleach; hang dry or low heat; do not iron directly on the print.
Will colors match what I see on screen?
Minor variations are normal due to screen settings and textile printing processes. We use quality inks and methods for crisp, durable prints.
7) Promotions, Gifts & Misc.
Where do I enter a promo code?
At checkout—enter your code in the discount field before payment.
Do you include pricing in the package?
No standard pricing slip is included. Need a digital receipt or gift note? Email us and we’ll help.
Do you split shipments?
Sometimes—at no extra cost—if items ship from different facilities. You’ll get separate tracking numbers.
