Return And Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at zzztee.com. Because ZzzTee is a print-on-demand (POD) store, most items are custom-made once you order. The policy below follows common U.S. retail standards for POD while keeping things simple and fair.

1) Changing or Cancelling an Order — 12 Hours

You may request changes (shipping address, phone number, size, customization, etc.) or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Email [email protected] right away with your order number and the change/cancel request.
  • If your order has not entered production or shipping, we’ll make the change or cancel and issue a full refund.
  • Once production/fulfillment begins, changes and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

2) Returns & Refunds — 30 Days

We accept and guarantee returns/refunds for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

2.1 When we will replace or refund (our fault)

We’ll replace or refund (your choice) if any of the below applies:

  • Defective/damaged item on arrival
  • Misprint or manufacturing defect (e.g., print placement/quality far outside normal tolerances, stitching faults)
  • Different from your order (wrong item, color, or size not matching what you ordered)
  • Lost or missing items (carrier-confirmed)
  • Other mistakes caused by us

Note on POD tolerances: Slight color differences (screen vs. fabric), minor print placement shifts (~0.5–1 in / 1–2.5 cm), and small sizing variances typical of textiles are normal and not treated as defects.

2.2 Customer remorse (change of mind)

Please double-check your order details in the confirmation email. If you change your mind after delivery (e.g., size preference, color preference, or no longer want the item), contact us anyway.

  • Because items are made to order, returns for remorse are not guaranteed.
  • Where approved case-by-case, items must be new (see eligibility below), original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

2.3 Eligibility for a return/refund

  • Time window: Request within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item condition: Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no odors/stains/pet hair, and in original packaging with tags/labels.
  • Non-returnable: Final sale/clearance, gift cards, and digital/downloadable items.

3) How to File a Claim (RMA required)

Please do not ship anything back until you receive return instructions (RMA).

    1. Email [email protected] with your order number and issue description.
    2. Attach clear photos of the item (full garment), the issue close-up, the outer shipping label, and the inside neck/size tag (for apparel).
      • Unboxing video is optional but helpful for damage claims.
    3. We will review and reply with the resolution (replacement, refund, or additional steps) and, if needed, return instructions and a label.

4) Return Method & Costs

  • We accept returns from the United States. (International returns may be supported in limited cases—contact us first.)
  • Return options: by mail (most common).
  • Return labels:
    • If it’s our fault (defect/misprint/wrong item/damage/loss): we provide a prepaid return label (if a return is required) or replace without return when appropriate.
    • Customer remorse: you cover return shipping; no restocking fee.
  • Unauthorized returns (no RMA) may be refused or not credited.

5) Refunds & Timing

  • Once a return (if required) is received and inspected, we’ll approve the claim and initiate a refund within 2–3 business days to your original payment method (or issue a replacement).
  • Your bank or card network typically posts funds within 3–5 business days.

Shipping charges, duties/VAT, and import fees are not refundable unless required by law or collected by ZzzTee at checkout and the item is returned due to our error.

6) Exchanges (Size/Color)

Because items are custom-made, we don’t offer standard exchanges. If you contact us within 12 hours of ordering, we’ll try to adjust the order before production (not guaranteed). After production starts, please see Customer remorse above.

7) Lost Packages / “Delivered” but Not Received

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, first check with household members, neighbors, building/office staff, and your local carrier branch.
  • If still missing, contact us within the 30-day window and we’ll help investigate. Carrier delivery scans are considered proof of delivery; consider signature-required services if porch theft is a concern.

8) Incorrect/Insufficient Address, Refused, or Unclaimed

  • If a parcel is returned due to address issues, refusal, or unclaimed, we can reship for an additional shipping fee.
  • If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we’ll refund the item price minus original shipping once any return (if required) is received and inspected.

9) Care Guidelines (to protect your print)

Follow the garment label: wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle; no bleach; hang dry or low heat; do not iron directly on the print. Issues caused by improper care or normal wear/tear aren’t covered as defects.

10) International Orders (FYI)

Customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless we explicitly collect them at checkout (DDP). Personalized/custom goods are typically exempt from EU/UK withdrawal/cooling-off rules; your defect/loss protections above still apply.

11) Policy Updates & Your Rights

We may update this policy to reflect operational or legal changes. The version posted on https://zzztee.com is the controlling version. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
