. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the United States and internationally, including to the EU/EEA and the UK.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation. Capitalized terms have the meanings set out below and apply whether they appear in singular or plural.

  • Company / we / us / our: ZzzTee
  • Goods: Items offered for sale on the Service
  • Orders: Your request to purchase Goods from us
  • Service / Website: https://zzztee.com and related services
  • You: The individual accessing the Service, or the company/other legal entity on whose behalf the Service is used

1) Order Processing Times

  • Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • High order volume, peak seasons, customizations, pre-orders/backorders, or address verification may extend processing. If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you via email or phone.

2) Shipping Methods, Rates & Estimated Delivery

Rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and selected service. Promotional shipping offers (when available) appear at checkout.

Estimated transit times (after dispatch):

  • United States (contiguous): Standard ~3–5 business days; Expedited ~2–3 business days; Priority/Overnight (where available) ~1–2 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO: Standard ~5–12 business days (routing may require USPS)
  • EU/EEA & UK: Economy/Standard ~5–12 business days; Express ~2–5 business days (customs may add time)
  • Rest of world: Economy/Standard ~7–15 business days; Express ~3–7 business days

Delivery estimates are carrier-provided and not guaranteed. Weather, customs, remote areas, or carrier disruptions can cause delays.

3) Carriers

We ship with reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal partners). Where options are available, you may choose the carrier/service at checkout; otherwise, we select a comparable service.

4) Shipment to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via services that support those destinations (often USPS). Certain oversized or restricted items may be ineligible.

5) Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking typically activates within 24 hours.
  • Split shipments may occur at no extra cost if items ship from different facilities; you will receive separate tracking numbers.

6) Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed.
  • Undeliverable/returned parcels due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or repeated delivery attempts may incur reshipment fees. We will contact you with options.

7) Customs, Duties, VAT/GST & Import Taxes (International)

  • International shipments (including to the EU/EEA and UK) may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and import taxes once the parcel reaches your country.
  • You are responsible for all import-related charges unless we explicitly collect taxes/duties at checkout (DDP). If taxes/duties are collected at checkout, they will be displayed before payment.
  • Customs processing can extend delivery times. We must declare full order value on customs forms and cannot mark orders as gifts.

8) EU/UK Consumer Information (Risk of Loss & Delivery)

For consumers located in the EU/EEA or UK: the risk of loss transfers to you when you (or a person you designate) physically receive the goods. If you appoint your own carrier (not offered by us), risk may pass when the goods are handed to that carrier.

9) U.S. Risk of Loss

For U.S. customers, unless prohibited by applicable consumer law, the risk of loss may transfer to you upon the carrier’s acceptance of the shipment or upon delivery scan (depending on the service selected). Please review your chosen service level’s terms at checkout.

10) Delivery Issues, Damage & Claims

Inspect your package upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Retain all packaging materials and damaged item(s).
  • Contact the carrier to initiate a claim, then notify us at [email protected] with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will assist where possible.
  • Delivery scans at the destination address are considered proof of delivery. If theft is a concern, consider selecting a signature-required service at checkout (where available).

11) Restricted Items & Shipping Limitations

Some products cannot ship to certain locations due to carrier or legal restrictions. If a restriction affects your order, we will contact you to offer alternatives or a refund for the affected items.

12) Pre-Orders & Backorders

Estimated ship dates for pre-orders/backorders are provided on product pages and/or at checkout and may change. Your entire order may ship together once all items are ready, unless we split shipments.

13) Delivery Attempts & Refusals

If a parcel is refused or multiple delivery attempts fail, the order may be returned to us. Upon receipt and inspection, we will contact you regarding reshipment (additional postage may apply) or a refund per our Return/Refund Policy (minus original shipping where applicable).

14) Holidays & Force Majeure

Peak seasons and public holidays can extend processing and transit times. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, labor actions, natural disasters, carrier network issues, customs inspections).
